Long Branch Holdings Breaks Ground on Lot 91

We are excited to announce Long Branch Holdings (LBH) has received approval from the Architectural and Landscape Control Committee (ALCC) to begin construction on a new home on Lot 91, Long Branch Rd, Spencer, TN. The home will be a new design and floor plan for LBH with many custom upgrades. The plan will feature outdoor living spaces including a large screened porch, patio and fire pit.
